What's the difference between a Tree Net and a Tree Weave?

Nothing! Tree nets have been around for decades, and people all around North American build tree nets all around the continent. Hippies, specifically, began making tree nets out of their old climbing rope, possibly sometime in the 70s or 80s. The history of tree nets is very poorly documented. When we decided we wanted to start a company that sold and marketed tree nets, we had a long period of brain-storming, during which the name “Tree Weaves” came to us. We immediately knew that this was the perfect name for our business. Since running Tree Weaves over the last 2 years, we have come to refer to all of the projects we have created as Tree Weaves, because we created them. They are effectively Tree Weaves brand tree nets. Each net that we make has a project name, such as the Happy Hollow Weave, the 3 Sisters Weave, or the Picnic Basket Weave. These are all examples of tree net projects we created, so those structures are not only tree nets, but are also official Tree Weaves. No other tree net maker in the world refers to their tree nets as Tree Weaves, because we came up with it, and it is our brand name.
