Consulting and Rigging Services
Are you keen to build your own Tree Net, but not really sure where to start? Tree Weaves offers Rigging and Consulting services for this exact purpose. In most cases this type of service will also include some lessons on basic Tree Weaving principles. Overall this is an excellent way to get a tree net style tree house without spending a lot of money.
Rigging
The most common way for someone who wants to make their own net with just a little bit of our help is to hire us to do the rigging. Rigging is the difficult and technical aspect of tree net creation that uses a lot of unique skills, expensive gear, and creativity. If we rig the net, you’re going to receive a safe, solid, strong frame to weave your own net between. We bring the rope and set it up, and you and your friends and family do all the weaving yourselves. Without professional rigging, there is always a chance of damaging the trees, or setting up the net perimeters in a way that is unsafe or dangerous. We will rig the net to the same high quality standards we use for all our nets, and then give you a few hours of lessons in paracord weaving in the Voronoi pattern so that you have the skills to finish it up yourself. We will also rig the net walls, ladders or ramps, and any other structure of the installation that requires rigging. Fees for our Rigging services start at $1,000 and could go up depending on scale, difficulty, height, materials (whether we provide them or you provide them), and geographical location.
Consulting
Consulting for tree net rigging is a creative and technical service only offered to clients with prior rigging and rope knowledge (i.e. slackliners, rock climbers, rope access folks, arborists, sailors, etc.). For people with prior rigging skills, we can show up onto your land and help you design your net, give you specific instructions on how to rig it properly, and give you lessons in all the things we’ve learned about rigging, tree net making, and paracord weaving. Consulting services start at $300 and go up depending on difficulty of the net, height, time spent on the design, and geographical location.
