Simply roll the dice when you have a few free seconds and wanna do a stretch, and let fate decide which type of stretch to do and how long to do it for.

Blue gives you a pose
Fold, Twist, Backbend, Side Bend, Inversion, Balance
White gives you a number of breaths or length of time to explore in the pose
3, 5, 10, 20 Breaths, 1 or 3 Minutes
Put them together and you have a stretch to reform your physiology!
(in-turn shifting your psychology!)
