Blanco River Tree Weave Features

To bring the design to life, we embraced innovation and creativity. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding natural beauty, our team designed three distinct levels in this tree net—enhancing its aesthetic appeal and infusing it with a touch of whimsy. Each section of the tree weave, meticulously hand-woven using individual strands of 550 paracord, added a sense of magic to the installation, creating an enchanting atmosphere for all who venture within.

As you explore the three tiers of the tree net, you'll notice that each level is thoughtfully adorned with its own distinct color schemes. This deliberate choice not only adds visual intrigue but also serves to differentiate and guide you as you ascend through the levels, heightening the anticipation and sense of wonder.

Level 1

From the moment you step onto the first level, you'll be captivated by the striking array of colors woven into the floors and walls. The first floor level of the Blanco River Tree Weave is actually divided into three slightly offset, but connected platforms. The short, gradual ramps between these platforms not only allow you to easily walk between platforms, but also serve as excellent back rests for anyone looking to get off their feet.

The first level of this tree net has two entry points that allow you access into the tree weave. The main entry point has two large, arched openings on either side of the tree net. Here you can easily step onto the tree net from either side of the tree that acts as the first anchor point for the entire structure. The secondary entry point is a smaller circular portal located on the back side of the tree net. This portal is a little higher off of the ground, but allows for a fun experience for those feeling a bit more adventurous.

Level 2

As you ascend to the second level, you'll encounter a mid-sized platform with walls that envelop you, creating a sense of cozy seclusion. You can access the second level of the Blanco River Tree Weave via two options. The first is a short climbing wall made of interlocking pieces of 1” tubular webbing. This provides a fun challenge, especially for small children playing on the tree net. The second is a set of hand-woven stairs that make climbing into the second-level platform easy for any visitor.

Level 3

Prepare to ascend to new heights as you reach the crowning jewel of the tree net—the large third-level platform. Perched roughly 15 to 20 feet above the ground, this cozy sanctuary offers a breathtaking vantage point. Lose yourself in a book or simply revel in the 360° views of the surrounding landscape, immersing yourself in a world where humans and nature coexist harmoniously.

Access to the third level of the Blanco River Tree Weave from the second level is made easy due to the hand-woven stairs. These carefully crafted steps not only facilitate movement but also add an architectural element that complements the organic beauty of the surroundings.
